Two Million Years of Rain depicts an aquatic and nocturnal environment through a detailed soundscape. It transitions from a water-themed spa, filled with the sounds of aquariums, air conditioners, and washing machines, to a bathroom setting with running water and soap bubbles. The piece culminates in an underwater journey to a seabed, featuring marine turbines, bioluminescent creatures, and electronic fish. The composition integrates environmental recordings, electronic sounds, and technological elements inspired by "Technozen" aesthetics, reflecting modernity while creating an immersive sense of place. Themes of solitude, reflection, and the interaction between human spaces and aquatic environments are central to the work.
